Return & Exchange Policy

• Customers may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original, unopened, undamaged packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
• Return shipping costs (when there is no error on our part) are borne by the customer.
• Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• To request a replacement or refund, contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and product photos.
